Dear Parents,

Please read through the following to insure that your child receives the proper
medication while away from you.

   -  Over-the-Counter Medication

Remember that we will have Tylenol, Motrin, Benadryl, Dramamine, and
Pepto Bismol with us.  If your child needs to bring any other over the counter meds,
please put all over-the-counter medications in a separate zip-lock bag labeled with:

   -      name
   -      what it is for
   -      how often to be given

We will not look for your child to give them these medicines.  If they need any of these,
they will need to ask Mrs. Taylor or Dr. Sun.

Please place any and all prescription medications needed in a separate zip lock bag.
Please include an index card that lists:

   -  name
   -  dosage
   -  mealtime to take (breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner)

We will make sure your child receives these medications at the indicated meal time.

   -  Creams, Inhalers, Ointments

Any of these items need to be kept with your child.  Please make sure to label the bottles,
inhalers, or tubes with your child's name in case they get left somewhere.  They will be responsible
for making sure they take or apply these medications.

We hope this makes sense to you.   If you have any questions, please call or email Mrs. Taylor
by Friday the day before we leave.  Remember to place all medications that your child may need during
the trip in a zip lock bag labeled with your child's name, the names of the medications, & the frequency
that the medications must be taken. Deliver this zip lock bag to Mrs. Taylor on the Saturday our Florida
Keys Trip departs from the Hanes Middle School bus parking lot.

Thanks,

The Wolf Team Teachers
